Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight. This role is part of Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering (ACE), supporting Blue Origin's mission. The team fosters innovation and drives engineering workflows of the future, shared solutions and standards, simplicity and lower costs, and manufacturable design. As part of a hardworking team of specialists you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's CAD and PLM environments, providing end-user support, and ensuring system performance and reliability. This role combines technical administration with frontline help desk support for engineering and design software tools. Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, AutoCAD, Zuken) and PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter). Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for CAD/PLM users, including troubleshooting installation, configuration, check in/out, and modeling issues. Document and track support requests in the ticketing system; escalate issues as needed. Train and mentor end users on CAD tools, best practices, and system updates. Create user guides, FAQs, and training documentation to reduce recurring issues. Partner with engineering and project teams to support product development workflows. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, new tools, or process enhancements. Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new software releases. Minimum Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience administering CAD/PLM environments. Hands-on experience with one or more CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, NX, Zuken, etc.) and PLM systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar). Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware issues. Familiarity with Windows environments, user permissions, and network-based application support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users. Customer-focused mindset with proven help desk or user support experience. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, J-Link, Toolkit, or VBA). Knowledge of PDM/PLM integrations. Background supporting engineering organizations or manufacturing environments. Compensation
Compensation Range for WA applicants is $108,795.00-$152,311.95. Other site ranges may differ. Benefits

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
