Manufacturing Test Development Engineer III

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Test Development Engineer with a proven track record of implementing best-in-class test techniques and processes within a complex manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manager of NPI Test Development and is part of the Robotics Manufacturing Technical Operations team. The primary focus is on manufacturing test development and support for PCBA sub-assemblies ICT and functional EOL testers. Collaboration with engineering, production, test engineers, and external vendors is essential to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing test strategies for robotic applications. Document test procedures, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Design and implement automated test solutions, including electrical interfaces and software. Propose design changes to improve manufacturability and testability. Write programs to control test equipment and devices under test. Evaluate and approve electrical Engineering Changes Orders (ECOs). Support EOL test stations at contract manufacturers and system integrators. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures. Travel up to 30% as required. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing/test engineering environment. Proficiency in one or more high-level programming languages. Experience with programmable equipment and device control software. Experience designing electrical test interfaces and reading/debugging schematics. Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience testing and calibrating cameras. Experience with in-circuit testing (ICT) and external vendors. Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS, remote operations, LabVIEW/TestStand, Python, and shell scripts. Experience with electrical debug tools, spectrum and network analyzers, and wireless systems.
