We are seeking an experienced

Electrical Hardware Engineer

to lead the design and development of electronic control modules and switches. This role involves analyzing system requirements, creating and evaluating designs, building schematics in Mentor, performing circuit analysis, overseeing PCB layouts, and supporting DV/PV testing activities. Responsibilities

Design circuit board schematics for discrete electronics and embedded microprocessor-based controls according to system requirements. Conduct engineering analyses, including DFMEA, Worst Case Circuit Analysis, and Thermal Analysis. Select and manage the bill of materials (BOM) for electrical hardware. Contribute to all phases of engineering design, from concept through development. Manage electronic hardware prototypes, pre-production builds, qualification, and product design maintenance. Lead design and drawing reviews. Release finalized designs to production. Provide support during DV/PV validation testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical/validation issues using the 8D problem-solving process. Assist in preparing and delivering hardware-related content for customer presentations and new business bids. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). 10+ years of experience in hardware circuit design. Strong knowledge of LIN and CAN circuits. Hands-on experience with Worst Case Analysis using Mathcad and PSpice. Proficiency in DFMEA. Experience guiding PCB layouts with EMC considerations. Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis. Job Details
