Senior Project Manager , you will take the lead on high-profile commercial construction projects across the DFW metroplex, with budgets ranging from $50M to $100M+. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of high-value commercial construction projects ($50M–$100M+) across DFW, from pre-construction through closeout. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to deliver profitable projects on time and within scope. Coordinate subcontractor buyout, contracts, and performance. Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. Identify opportunities for repeat business and support business development efforts. Proactively manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Lead and mentor project teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. What We're Looking For Proven success as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on large-scale commercial construction projects. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder dynamics. Deep understanding of commercial construction methodologies, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. A passion for delivering high-quality, high-value builds on time and within budget. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management. Experience with projects exceeding $50M+ in value. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
