Master's degree in Radiological Physics; PhD in Radiological Physics Five (5) years as Medical Radiation Physicist required Experience as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) Experience in implementation of new technology and Varian equipment Board Certification by the ABR or ABMP Named on an Agreement State or NRC license as RSO or assistant RSO within the last 7 years for radioactive materials Where You'll Work
CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280-bed faith-based, non-profit, Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from across Arkansas. The hospital is the regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, neuro, ortho, oncology, and critical care/pulmonary. It has earned recognitions for patient safety and workplace excellence. The Chief Medical Physicist will work with radiation oncologists, radiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure safe and effective delivery of radiation therapy and imaging services, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and patient safety. The role includes oversight of dosimetry and physics related to planning and treatment, collaboration on treatment plans, and ensuring precise delivery of radiation therapy. Pay Range
$89.08 - $132.50 per hour Seniority level
