Working with a global network of suppliers to support a global manufacturing platform requires people who are willing to work hard and find ways to win. As an Industrial Engineer, you will have the responsibility to optimize Anduril’s supply chain's warehousing and material flow operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization, all while meeting critical customer deployment and internal development timelines. The Industrial Engineer will take a data-driven approach to designing production lines and associated manufacturing processes. This role requires active collaboration with other Anduril teams, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations. The right person for this role can demonstrate past holistic ownership on solving operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. This role may require flexibility to provide support wherever needed to ensure products are built and shipped under stringent quality standards. What You'll Do

Passionately work across multiple programs from development to full rate production to scale best-in-class solutions to align with maturity of manufacturing process Proactively identify imbalances and bottlenecks caused by inventory processes, line layouts, parts shortages, staffing shortages, and other production constraints; flag constraints with the appropriate owners across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality and drive to resolution Own the metrics, KPIs, and reporting associated with monitoring production line health and efficiency, such as cycle time, throughput rate, capacity, utilization, process non-conformities, and inventory accuracy Time studies of current and developing processes to ensure efficiency across warehouse and operations Develop processes to optimize workplans for highly variable demands across multiple sites Translate tools and reports into actionable tasks that impact the health of warehouse operations across a plethora of processes and sites Produce and maintain tools to increase accuracy of work demand for new facilities and maturing processes using a data-driven approach (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Line Balancing) Be proactive in driving incremental improvements on the warehouse floor and iterate toward world-class performance Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering 3+ years of experience in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment, with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies and heavy data utilization Ability to read technical documentation such as drawings and CAD data; understanding of hardware manufacturing processes for electronics (PCBAs, sensor hardware, etc.) and structures, mechanical components, and electromechanical systems Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Siemens Plant Simulation, Visual Components, or Process Simulation software Experience with value stream mapping, flow lines, continuous flow, one piece flow, and workstation design Experience owning a value chain from start to finish with measurable improvements Experience presenting project results to cross-functional teams with clear data-driven next steps Experience with MES or WMS; knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP systems Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles Hands-on experience with gemba walks, operational analysis, and poka-yoke solutions Experience interacting with SQL databases for production and inventory metrics Salary and Benefits

US Salary Range:

$100,000—$150,000 USD Benefits
