Job Purpose

Be responsible for sales activities for the Power & Water sector, Materials/Specialty Chemicals business unit, and Life Science business unit. Independently engage with customers, manage accounts, identify opportunities, facilitate order intake, and help ensure yearly sales targets are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Independently execute sales activities for Yokogawa products and solutions in the Power & Water sector, Materials/Specialty Chemicals, and Life Science units to achieve yearly targets. Engage with customers in the defined sectors, manage accounts, identify opportunities, and facilitate order intake to drive business development and revenue. Manage the overall sales process from RFQ to purchase order or contract. Utilize CRM/Salesforce for opportunity logging, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Prepare sales opportunity presentations and reports as required; report to BU head. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical and legal guidelines. Be responsible for vendor registration and product qualification with Qatar-based end-user and contractor companies in the defined sectors. Stay updated on market information relevant to the role's sectors. Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 12 years of frontline sales experience in Qatar, preferably with reputed vendors or system integrators. Bachelor’s or Engineering Degree (Instrumentation or Electronics) or equivalent. Proficient technical knowledge within the domain with extensive sales experience in Qatar. Required Competencies / Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Self-driven learner with the ability to understand product technology, policies, procedures related to sales, and export controls. Strong negotiation, presentation, and adaptability to evolving product technologies and sales processes. Deep understanding of the Qatar market, customer structures, and purchasing procedures.
