Our client, a leader in Aerospace & Advanced Manufacturing, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

$50–60/hr (based on skills and experience) Responsibilities
Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP). Analyze yield and performance data to monitor process capability and drive yield improvements. Apply CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to engineering processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Develop improvements in product design, manufacturing, and assembly. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. Minimum 5 years of experience in test and process engineering. Experience with electronic assemblies and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Corrective Action methodologies. Experience in manufacturing of products for regulated industries (aerospace, medical, automotive). Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder Benefits
