Controls Engineer

Job DescriptionJob Description Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams and clients to design

custom control systems

for paint, fluid, and adhesive applications Develop and program industrial automation solutions using

Studio 5000 ,

FactoryTalk , and

Allen-Bradley PLCs Design and layout control panels, select components, and integrate Servo Motion, VFDs, and Stepper systems Troubleshoot and support

low and high-voltage (3-phase)

electrical systems Create and edit electrical schematics using

AutoCAD

and

SolidWorks Electrical Develop intuitive HMIs using

PanelView

Participate in

onsite commissioning and installation

of systems (Travel up to 25%) Provide hands-on support in panel building and assembly, when needed

Qualifications: 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience

Proficient in

Allen-Bradley PLC programming

(Ladder Logic, Structured Text) Strong understanding of

industrial electrical systems , including 3-phase, high/low voltage Experience with

Studio 5000 / FactoryTalk

Proficient in reading/editing electrical schematics (AutoCAD)

Hands-on experience with

HMI development

(PanelView)

Familiarity with

Servo Motion, VFDs, Stepper motors

Willingness to travel up to 25%
