The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in winning new business, management of projects and development of staff in our Cincinnati, OH office. This individual will provide engineering and business leadership, as well as oversight to ensure the successful delivery of work to our customers. Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Oversee projects in the department to assure that KFI quality, customer satisfaction and financial objectives are met. Actively manages assigned projects, driving them to completion. Allocates department resources to assure effective utilization and development of staff. Ensures that new opportunities are properly defined, scoped and priced. Ensures the development and coaching of the talent needed to meet current and future organization goals. Supervises staff, provides overall direction, and facilitates goal setting and performance reviews. Provides technical and engineering support to other departments/disciplines. Reviews invoices, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing activity. QUALIFICATIONS Required A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related discipline is required. Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without the need for work sponsorship now or in the future. 10+ years of professional engineering and project leadership experience. Possessing strong interpersonal skills to enable effective development and leadership of Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers. Superior project management skills and knowledge of related tools and processes. Ability to assimilate a range of ideas, programs, or alternatives into a set of recommendations. Strong influencing skills and self-confidence to work with senior business leaders and customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computer technology and specific areas of application, including MS Office. Preferred Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) highly desired or willingness to pursue this designation. Experience in healthcare, government, or education market segments is preferred. Experience in infrastructure design for healthcare facilities.
