The Lead Systems Architecture Engineer will play a vital role within the advanced technology organization. This role will lead system requirements management and system design activities for cutting edge advanced products and technologies. This role provides technical leadership and assistance to the project teams to ensure they deliver on cost, quality, schedule, and technical goals. This role also works very closely with project management to plan and execute activities to meet customer expectations. Location:

A strategic and innovative systems engineer with an active (or recently inactive) US Security clearance and experience with system design of high design assurance embedded systems, capable of making well-judged decisions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: System Requirements Management:
Generate system functional requirements from stakeholder expectation. Model Based Systems Engineering:
Utilize Cameo to develop a system architecture aligned to requirements. System Design Leadership:
Lead interdisciplinary collaboration with software, hardware, test, safety, maintainability, reliability, and certification teams establishing the best overall design to meet customer needs. Interface Management:
Be responsible for system and subsystem-level design requirements. Define and manage interfaces to all subsystems in compliance with the system solution. System Integration:
Conduct component and product integration for maximum performance and operability. Define system validation plans, execute system validation testing, and work with test engineers to ensure traceability satisfies project objectives. Risk Management:
Apply critical thinking toward the proactive identification and abatement of technical risk to minimize project impact. Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate expertise and knowledge within multiple technical domains in order to drive an analytical approach towards the development and representation of a holistic mission focused architectural solution. Best Practices:
Understand and develop best practices that accelerate LEAN operations and differentiators in the market. Problem-Solving:

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related STEM field from an accredited university. 5+ years of systems engineering project execution experience. Eligibility Requirements

Experience working on military programs Experience working directly with customers to determine expectations, implicit and explicit requirements. Experience developing automated test procedures using Object Oriented Languages such as Python or C++ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies Experience with NSA certification processes Awareness of aerospace standards and regulations such as DO-178, DO-254, etc Deep understanding of service provider networks including but not limited to connectivity (Ethernet, IPv4), Switching and routing. Understanding and practice of basic project management concepts Familiarity with interfaces including but not limited to analog, discrete, RS-232/422/485, ARINC 429/664/825. Master\'s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The base pay range for this position is $90,800.00 - $121,500.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate\'s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 10/31/25.
