Senior Manufacturing Engineer Overview: We are seeking a results-driven
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
to lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide hands-on engineering support within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role focuses on refining processes, troubleshooting complex production issues, and developing technical solutions that enhance quality and efficiency across operations. Key Responsibilities: Support daily manufacturing operations by resolving technical issues on the assembly line. Design and implement equipment modifications to meet evolving production needs. Evaluate, recommend, and source new manufacturing equipment and control systems. Prepare operators by facilitating training and providing ongoing technical support. Lead technical design and process equipment testing for assigned products. Develop cost projections for new equipment based on ROI and operational impact. Assist in proposal preparation and product development for customer requirements. Drive defect elimination and optimize manufacturing processes for better throughput. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams. Perform all other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in a
forging
environment. Strong knowledge in
process design ,
manufacturing , or
product engineering . Proficiency with
CAD
and
CAM
software tools. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
