Position Overview We are seeking highly motivated and versatile RF Engineers to join our dynamic and fast-paced team, where they will tackle complex and intriguing technical challenges. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your broad engineering expertise to span multiple disciplines, while maintaining a deep technical proficiency in modeling, simulation, design, and testing. Ideal candidates will possess a diverse background and skillset, with a proven ability to rapidly adapt and acquire adjacent skills to optimize workflow efficiency. As part of our Analysis and Test Team, you will have access to cutting-edge software modeling tools and state-of-the-art hardware resources, enabling you to tackle unique and challenging problems with creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

Apply RF engineering skills across modeling, simulation, design, and testing in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate across disciplines to rapidly adapt and acquire adjacent skills to improve workflow efficiency.

Utilize advanced software modeling tools and hardware resources to solve complex problems.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

Required Skills:

MATLAB experience including authoring functions, object-oriented code, GUIs, etc.

Data processing and analysis skills with an emphasis on RF centric analysis

Familiarity with full wave electromagnetic solvers, such as method of moments code

Basic working understanding of Linux for code execution and script development, including bash code development

Experience reporting and presenting data in a probabilistic manner

Security Clearance Requirements:

To meet requirements of the program/customer, this position requires the selected employee to be a U.S. Citizen.

Active security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

For long term employment on this program, candidates must maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph

Desired Skills:

Background utilizing COTS and GOTS CEN tools such as Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, etc.

Antenna design, modeling, and analysis

Meshing experience with COTS or GOTS tools or external meshing software

Working understanding of Linux for code execution and scripting

Experience with Git and GitLab; code management

Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The annual base salary range is region-dependent; ranges provided in the posting.
