Job Summary And Qualifications

As the Ultrasound Technologist you will perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in OB/GYN, Abdomen, Neurosonology or Peripheral Vascular. If that is you, apply today! You will obtain information about internal organs, fluid accumulations, disease diagnosis, study of malfunction of organs, prenatal examination of fetuses and placenta, amongst others. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with knowledge of all pertinent technical and academic areas to produce high-quality ultrasound examinations. You will assist the Radiologist during biopsies and assume non-technical radiology duties when available (clerical, transportation, reception). What Qualifications You Will Need

Advanced certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in ABD, OBGYN and neurosurgery required Current ARRT certification or current RVT certification preferred Current BLS certification required High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required Formal radiologic training in an AMA-accredited school of Radiologic Technology required Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Tech Program or equivalent required 1-3 years’ experience preferred We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
