This role involves supporting and leading industrial software development projects, including designing, debugging, and deploying PLC software and HMIs. The position requires travel to customer sites for installation and support. What You Will Do
Design PLC and HMI software for industrial automation equipment Debug and troubleshoot software issues Collaborate with teams to meet project milestones Maintain documentation and customer deliverables Assist with troubleshooting and end-user training Required Experience And Education
Electrical or mechatronics engineering degree preferred At least two years of Controls Engineering experience Knowledge of electrical circuits, schematic reading, and troubleshooting Experience with electrical CAD systems (AutoCAD Electrical, ePLAN) Experience with Rockwell Logix 5000 or Siemens S7-1500 processors Programming experience in VB, C/C++, or C# (preferred) PLC programming in ladder and structured text HMI programming experience (Rockwell and Siemens preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Willingness to travel approximately 30% domestically and internationally Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
