Installation Quality: Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality, as evaluated through post-installation inspections and customer feedback. Efficiency and Productivity: Complete HVAC installations within the established timeframes, meeting or exceeding the company's productivity standards. First-Time Installation Success: Achieve a first-time installation success rate as established by the Installation Manager. Technical Proficiency: Continuously update and enhance technical skills, staying informed about the latest installation techniques, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices. Safety Adherence: Maintain a perfect safety record, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide effective mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice, contributing to their skill development and ensuring a positive learning experience. Professionalism, Appearance, and Customer Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers during installations. Accuracy of Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details, equipment used, and any modifications in the company's systems. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Install Apprentice and other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Continual Improvement: Actively participate in performance reviews and self-assessments, identifying areas for personal improvement and setting development goals. Installer and Apprentice Development: Monitor and track the progress of the Install Apprentice, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth and skill advancement. Timeliness and Punctuality: Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance, arriving at installation sites and appointments on time.
