Multi-Site Sr. Maintenance Technician - $2,500 Sign On Bonus at Bozzuto At Bozzuto, every team member shares a deep commitment to doing good for those around us. This role supports our property operations teams in delivering exceptional experiences to clients, residents and fellow team members. Primary Responsibilities
Take the lead role in troubleshooting, adjust control systems, and ensure the daily functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems. Maintain the physical asset of the property as directed by Management, with emphasis on tasks requiring advanced skills in apartment maintenance. Respond quickly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections. Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to complete the communities’ Preventative Maintenance Program. Deliver excellent customer service and respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours. Provide effective, professional, and timely follow up with residents, vendors, and the property management team on all maintenance services performed. Adhere to and stay current on building codes, safety standards, and fair housing laws; ensure safety standards comply with company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines. Work on weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies. What You Bring To Us / Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the Residential Property Management industry. Team oriented, sociable, assertive, detail-oriented; able to work effectively in both relaxed and formal workplaces. HVAC and EPA Certification strongly preferred; HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and/or Appliance Repair expertise. Ability to lift 50-100 pounds occasionally; 25-50 pounds frequently; 10-20 pounds constantly; with pushing/pulling/climbing as required. Personal reliable transportation to get to work and respond to after-hours emergencies; Nights and weekends on a rotational basis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with computers and various software/app programs. A service mindset and a desire to learn. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $55,000—$58,000 USD Competitive compensation Health & wellness benefits (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off: 20 days plus holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company match Tuition reimbursement and additional career development programs This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
