Foster a service culture based on continuous quality improvement. Create structures and processes that assure cost‑effective and safe utilization of drug supplies and staff time. Lead initiatives and contribute to the provision of high‑quality care. Provide direction and resources regarding day‑to‑day department operations to reduce harm to patients and improve outcomes. Implement and administer fiscal operations, including budgeting, authorizing expenditures, and coordinating financial reporting. Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy; minimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy (or similar) work experience. Required Licensure: Active CA State Pharmacist License in good standing. Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year in a leadership role or completion of a pharmacy residency, or a supplemental Master’s degree (MBA, MS, MHA, etc.). Benefits
