What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for the leadership, oversight and management of onsite electrical superintendent / foremen
Provide onsite leadership, conduct job reviews, and perform quality control and safety walks/inspections
Assist/train foremen on job reviews including initial, 25%, 50%, 75% and closeout, plus cost to complete budgets and updates
Interact with project managers to address critical needs for job sites including manpower, material and equipment
Assist with the management of foremen and manpower including regular reviews, projections and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of previous experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work
Previous experience as superintendent, including leadership and oversight of foremen and crews on job sites
Electrical expertise including installation in new construction (multi-story) and remodels, job planning and layout, reading blueprints, running conduit, wiring and terminating devices, quality control/testing and troubleshooting
Ability to mentor, teach and direct foremen and construction electricians
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with general contractors, project managers, foremen and company leadership
Order, receive and distribute materials efficiently
Experience with construction software Procore is preferred but not required
Good computer skills including MS Office
OSHA 30 certified (preferred)
CPR/First Aid trained
Journeyman or Master Electrician’s License (preferred)
Willingness to travel, work nights, weekends and overtime
Valid driver's license
