to oversee delivery of large-scale commercial and institutional projects. This role is client-facing, highly collaborative, and responsible for ensuring success on projects $50M to $500M+. Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Lead all phases of project execution, from preconstruction handoff through closeout. Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and resources optimized. Serve as the primary client point of contact, fostering strong relationships with owners, architects, and consultants. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress billing. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and reporting standards. Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Engineers. Qualifications
5–10 years GC project management experience with at least one $50M+ commercial or institutional project completed successfully. Strong background in contract negotiation, cost management, and schedule control. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, BIM/VDC tools, and scheduling software. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Employment details
