Senior Electrical Superintendent . This is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete the project on time while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities

The Senior Electrical Superintendent plays a significant role in the success of the company and the delivery of our mission. They will ensure all work installed complies with EIG standards, is completed on budget and on schedule, and adheres to all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Responsibilities include: Managing, evaluating, and developing field project team members, especially assistant superintendents. Duties and Responsibilities

Align with and promote the vision and mission of EIG. Plan, organize, and oversee production of contracted work. Represent EIG professionally with DPR, inspectors, and other trades. Coordinate production activities and attend meetings with DPR and other trades. Identify and resolve conflicts promptly. Ensure installations meet quality and electrical code standards. Manage materials and personnel to meet construction schedules. Establish and adjust work sequences and logistics to meet project timelines. Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity. Thoroughly understand contract documents, plans, and specifications. Lead safety, quality, and CBP standards in accordance with EIG policies. Required Skills and Abilities

Experience verifying the compliance and functionality of power systems (lighting, fire protection, security, data networks). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented and organized. Experience with project documentation and record keeping. Ability to interpret work orders, plans, and manuals for materials and installation procedures. Experience installing and testing electrical systems and components. Ability to diagnose malfunctions and implement solutions. Ability to train workers in electrical installation. Knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety standards. Problem-solving skills for complex issues. Team participation and a proactive attitude. Education and Experience

Stable employment history. Background check and drug test clearance. Valid Driver’s License. 7-10+ years supervising electrical commercial construction. 15+ years of electrical field experience. Active journeyman or master electrician license preferred. Physical Requirements
