AI Engineer
to join our client’s internal AI Center of Excellence team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Atlanta, focused on building intelligent systems that automate and augment internal operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a growing team that’s shaping the future of enterprise technology. This is a direct hire position that will be hybrid with 3 days onsite. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities
Design, train, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models for internal use cases. Build scalable data pipelines and model workflows for training, inference, and integration. Develop APIs and services that embed AI capabilities into internal tools and systems. Experiment with modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI) to deliver innovative solutions. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation. Monitor and improve model performance through retraining, fine-tuning, and optimization. Contribute to documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing across the AI team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related discipline. Strong programming skills in Python; experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or other modern AI technologies. Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI). Solid understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL pipelines and APIs. Comfortable working in agile teams and iterating quickly on prototypes. What We Offer
