Landscape Architect - Senior Designer / Project Manager

Qualifications

BLA or higher from a US-based accredited collegiate landscape architecture program

6+ years of experience at a professional design firm.

Eligible to work in the United States, without sponsorship of H-1B visa

These requirements must be met to be considered for the position

Responsibilities

Leading Project Design and Documentation Process(es) + Project Teams

Client Relationship Management

Management of Project Procurement and Contracting

Assistance with and/or Writing Pre-Project Proposals for Client Review

Skills

Experience with Client Relationship Management

Proficient in AutoCad, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred experience with LandFX, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, 3D modeling & rendering software, hand graphics

Construction Observation Assistance or Direct Experience preferred.
