Treat and prevent diseases and illnesses for both small and exotic animals Conduct tests and observations to provide proper diagnoses Prescribe necessary medications Administer vaccines to prevent common diseases Perform surgeries and dental procedures Perform spay and neuter surgeries Communicate with animal owners to answer questions and educate them on situations and treatment plans Collaborate with veterinary assistants and other staff to provide top-notch care Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule (approximately 1 week/month) Qualifications
DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Wyoming Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred Proficiency in small animal and exotic medicine required Interest in orthopedic and emergency care is a plus Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Availability for occasional Saturdays and rotating on-call duty A team-oriented approach and a genuine passion for animal care Employment Details
