We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Salinas, CA. This is a W2, in-person role providing psychiatric care to patients aged 11 and up. The role includes a hybrid model: in-person care from our Salinas office, with the option to see some patients via telehealth. As a MOOD provider, you’ll treat a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. This position is ideal for a clinician seeking meaningful, flexible, and supported psychiatric practice in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do
Provide in-person and telehealth psychiatric care to adolescents (11+) and adults Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage medications, with careful attention to safety, efficacy, and patient education Maintain timely and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state and practice standards Participate in case consultations and peer collaboration Build strong therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds What We Offer

Active California PMHNP license and California furnishing number Active or pending California DEA license 2+ years of experience treating adolescents (ages 11–17) and adults Experience diagnosing and treating: ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder Comfort with hybrid care delivery: in-person and virtual Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required Schedule & Setting
