Iowa Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, P.C., is a well-established and highly respected group practice serving the Des Moines metro area, Ames, and central Iowa for 40 years. This opportunity is for a well-trained, hard-working, personable BC/BE, single or dual-degree oral/maxillofacial surgeon to join our busy eight-doctor practice as an associate with a well-defined partnership track. We operate out of six state-of-the-art facilities with the latest technology and excellent support staff, including registered nurses and DAANCE-certified dental assistants. The practice emphasizes office-based procedures with a focus on dental implant and augmentation procedures, dentoalveolar surgery, IV anesthesia, pathology, and some limited trauma and orthognathics. A new associate could expand their scope of practice as desired. Responsibilities/Role
Provide high-quality oral and maxillofacial surgical services within a busy, multi-provider setting. Collaborate with a support team including RNs and certified dental assistants to deliver patient care. Participate in implant, augmentation, dentoalveolar, anesthesia, pathology, trauma, and limited orthognathic procedures as appropriate to the practice and skill set. Contribute to practice growth and maintain a strong referral base. Follow partnership-track expectations and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Qualifications
BC/BE in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery; single or dual-degree surgeons considered. Hard-working, personable, and able to work within a team of eight surgeons. Compensation and Benefits
