As the Nursing Program Director at Center for Allied Health Education, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of our nursing program. You will play a crucial role in shaping the curriculum, ensuring program accreditation, and providing leadership to our faculty and students. Your responsibilities will include: Curriculum Development: Collaborating with faculty to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing curriculum that meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Program Accreditation: Leading efforts to maintain and attain program accreditation, ensuring compliance with relevant accrediting bodies. Faculty Leadership: Providing guidance and support to nursing faculty, including recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluation. Student Success: Monitoring and enhancing student outcomes and success rates, implementing strategies to support student retention and progression. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and student learning experiences. Budget Management: Managing program budgets, resource allocation, and fiscal planning to ensure program sustainability. Community Engagement: Establishing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare facilities and organizations to enhance clinical placements and student experiences. Requirements
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred). A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Significant experience in nursing education, including previous leadership roles. Strong understanding of accreditation standards and processes.
