We are seeking a strategic and experienced
Vice President of Pharmacy Services
to provide executive leadership across a multi-state division. This role oversees pharmacy operations in six acute care facilities across Nevada and California, guiding cost containment, compliance, and clinical excellence. With a focus on rebuilding a high-performing team, this is an opportunity to shape pharmacy services at the highest level and drive measurable impact in quality and expense management. Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership for pharmacy services across multiple facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee pharmacy operations, compliance, cost management, and clinical practice improvements. Lead pharmacy directors and division team members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence. Analyze pharmacy purchase patterns, develop business process models, and implement cost-saving strategies. Build strong relationships with division executives, facility leadership, and key stakeholders. Drive regulatory preparedness and ensure adherence to industry standards. Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and clinical excellence. Qualifications
Required: B.S. in Pharmacy Active pharmacist license (must obtain Nevada license within 6 months if not already licensed) Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy management in an
acute care, multi-site setting
(retail-only backgrounds not considered) Proven ability to lead at the executive level and build relationships with C-suite leadership Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), MBA, or MS Experience as a high-level Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, Division/Market Director, or Vice President of Pharmacy Additional Information
