Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D) – Whittier, CA. Hybrid – Telehealth & In-Person. Salary: $80,000–$95,000/year (DOE). Alora Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA-D to join our growing team in Whittier, CA. This hybrid role combines clinical leadership with hands-on support to shape treatment quality and team culture. We value expertise that drives meaningful change in the lives of individuals and families. What You’ll Do
Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments and onboarding new patients. Write and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans and behavior support plans. Provide clinical oversight and program modification to ensure measurable patient progress. Supervise and develop Behavior Technicians to promote high-quality service delivery. Provide parent and caregiver training to extend strategies beyond sessions. Manage assigned caseload and utilization of authorized hours. Offer staff development, training, and modeling for team members and caregivers. Ensure compliance with BACB, state, and federal regulations. Meet regularly with your Area Director to review cases, discuss barriers, and strategize solutions. Collaborate with funding sources as needed. What You’ll Love

Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field. Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D (required). Experience: 2+ years developing or implementing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and time management abilities.
