Head the anesthesia practice at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center, leading an all-CRNA team. Provide anesthesia services as a 1099 independent contractor with professional autonomy within the facility. Participate in leadership and mentoring roles as part of the Chief CRNA position. Qualifications
Experience and qualifications to serve as Chief CRNA and lead a CRNA practice (as described in the role). Compensation & Schedule
Annual compensation: $425,000 as a 1099 independent contractor. Stipend: $35,000 Chief Stipend. Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off; 13 weeks off annually. Location: Show Low, Arizona. Practice Details
