Work from Home Position Compensation: Commission/Placement Based We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter. I am looking for a few confident recruiters, as we have recently been approved for many nationwide contracts. No experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate on sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiations, and placing experienced professionals. This is a virtual office setting, so you must be a self-starter. You will have the flexibility to work a flexible schedule, allowing you to never miss important family events. You can start part-time or full-time and have the potential to make thousands of dollars per placement, with unlimited income potential for hard workers. There is also room for advancement for leaders. You will have the opportunity to learn a marketable skill in a growing industry worth billions of dollars. You will work and learn from true professionals with years of experience. Our dedicated back-office support staff will handle billing and other administrative duties. Our strong sales team is dedicated to searching the market for new job orders, so you won't have to. We have strong relationships with major companies across many different industries nationwide, ensuring our recruiters always have work. We are looking for either an experienced recruiter who has worked independently or with a staffing company (perm/PRN/Contracts/Temp to hire) before, or a coachable, energetic, money-motivated candidate who is serious about pursuing a new career in recruiting. We will train the right person. Compensation: Commission $7,500 to $15,000 per Placement
