Field Marketing Manager (Hybrid) - Las Vegas or Jersey City
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive local marketing plans, manage sports partnerships, and identify opportunities with local casinos. The role will execute regional offers and implement brand programming by working closely with our Creative, Promotions, and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead marketing for retail openings, digital launches, B&M events, and sports partnerships. Spearhead omni-channel strategies to drive ROI, regional retention, and new sign-ups. Serve as primary liaison on regional Field Marketing creative requests with the internal creative agency team. Submit creative requests, proof marketing assets, and traffic final assets to appropriate stakeholders. Drive promo code creation and communication to partners. Lead QR code development and tracking for creative assets. Design and plan innovative promotions, contests, and advertising campaigns that grow the business via acquisition and retention channels. Train B&M front line staff on Digital Caesars Rewards benefits. Promote new member enrollment in the Sportsbook app with on-ground activations. Assist customers with issues enrolling in our app and relay customer feedback to support teams. Collaborate with Operation Managers and Casino Partners to ensure campaigns are executed to quality standards. Strategically ideate and direct campaigns around tentpole events in the sports calendar, aligning all available assets internally with our B&M counterparts. Maintain brand advocacy consistency across various touch points. Develop subject matter expertise by market in the Midwest region. Manage print production vendors and delivery of marketing assets. Design, order, and distribute team merchandise and swag for promotional giveaways. Oversee the inventory of materials, creative assets, and resources for activations across regional and national campaigns. Report industry news and competitor trends by market. Facilitate a strong VIP experience, leveraging exclusive Caesars Rewards and partnership benefits. Monitor website accuracy and confirm updates are made accordingly. Host events at managed regional retail sportsbooks and restaurants. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Caesars Sportsbook digital products and apps. Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests/players. Knowledge of digital betting, casino wagering, and sports. Curiosity, creativity, and analytical skills. Excellent communication with outstanding listening and problem-solving abilities. Strategic marketing plan development and execution experience with demonstrable results and return on investment. Experience operating in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution required.
