Position

LUXURY BRIDAL MANAGER Title:

Luxury Bridal Manager Reports To:

General Manager or Assistant General Manager in their absence

Responsibilities Provide superior guest experience and expert knowledge on all bridal merchandise to achieve store and individual sales goals.

Oversee bridal sales performance, timepiece merchandise launch executions, and implement bridal product education provided by Signet.

Develop training plans to improve areas of opportunity for the store as a whole.

Serve guests and promote store sales; consistently attain sales and performance standards, including Special Event and Store promotion results.

Promote an environment of total guest satisfaction by making the guest’s shopping and jewelry needs the first priority.

Provide exceptional guest experience by aligning with the guest’s agenda and following up via the Clienteling system.

Monitor guest flow and assist with matching the appropriate team member to the guest.

Supervise bridal merchandise and train all team members on bridal merchandise.

Oversee the implementation and administration of bridal merchandise, including sales performance, promotions, incentives, launch executions, visual display and merchandising; attain sales and product knowledge across other categories.

Develop and maintain knowledge of all bridal merchandise to train team members on features, benefits, quality, value, warranties, services and procedures for each brand and collection.

Act as point of contact with vendor partners and ensure completion of all vendor trainings and incentive submissions for the store.

Collaborate with Management Team on opportunities and training plans to improve sales behaviors and guest experience.

Assist with recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, and updates related to team members; communicate pertinent information to the General Manager.

Respond to guest complaints and issues in a prompt and courteous manner in partnership with the General Manager.

Assist management in their absence and other essential duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards; sales must be one of the three.

No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months.

DCA certified.

Minimum six months with company or similar experience with another company.

Completion of Minimum Training Requirements training module and passing the related quiz (Signet Learning Portal).

Required Skills And Abilities Ability to lead by example to meet daily performance standards and store promotions.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand for long periods; reach with hands and arms; move among display cases; handle and feel merchandise; sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; lift up to 10 pounds; see well enough to discern differences in merchandise quality.

Work Schedule As required by the store to include evenings and weekends.

Three nights per week or as required by the General Manager.

Sunday on an alternating basis or as needed.

Store hours during Special Events and key selling times of the year.

Base pay, $16.00 – $20.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
