The Territory Manager (TM) will play a crucial role in launching Pelthos Therapeutics' approved product. The TM will be responsible for promoting and driving demand for the product in targeted specialty physician offices within the defined geography. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Engage healthcare professionals through in-person and group interactions to deliver compliant product information. Implement marketing strategies and develop territory business plans to meet sales goals. Build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare staff. Develop knowledge of disease states, treatment guidelines, and market dynamics to position products effectively. Create and refine a territory business plan to identify opportunities and address challenges. Deliver presentations and promotional programs aligned with corporate standards. Provide tailored solutions to customers, ensuring personalized service. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and support business objectives. Represent the company professionally and ethically. Maintain full field coverage with travel as needed, including in-person engagements five days a week. Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience in dermatology, pediatrics, or startups is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight travel. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and ability to engage healthcare professionals. Experience in developing innovative sales strategies. Ability to understand and communicate scientific data. Proficiency in data analysis to drive sales performance. Additional Details
