Customer Experience Representative, Core Services — Robinhood Join to apply for the Customer Experience Representative, Core Services role at Robinhood. This role is based in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX offices, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week during onboarding and at least 3 days per week afterwards. Deliver an outstanding customer experience for customers through phone, email, and chat channels Drive continuous improvement by acting as the voice of the customer and identifying better ways to serve our customers Develop deep subject mastery of financial concepts including equities trading, margin, and options trading; help customers with a range of needs from simple to complex Learn from each interaction to make our customers\' experience using our products more seamless What You Bring
Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses with ability to apply brokerage knowledge quickly Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, with a passion to support customers Adaptability to CX experience delivery through phone and written channels Strong ability to defuse customer anxiety and provide exceptional service Self-starter, ambitious learner comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments Independent thinker with good judgment, ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-task environment Schedule flexibility as onboarding evolves, may include evenings and weekend hours What We Offer

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $24.70—$29 USD Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $24.70—$29 USD Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $23.80—$28 USD Note: Base pay ranges are indicative and may depend on location, experience, and market conditions. This role is eligible for bonus opportunities and benefits. Location and Onboarding
