As a Senior Graphic Designer at Growth Scalers, you will take the lead in crafting visually compelling content that enhances our clients' presence across Amazon, Google Ads, websites, and social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing high-quality designs, maintaining brand consistency, and mentoring junior designers. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing visuals. Additionally, you will ensure that all ecommerce-focused graphic design principles are implemented to enhance our clients' shopping experiences and boost conversions.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Visual Content Creation for Ecommerce
Develop visually engaging and brand-aligned graphics for
Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other ecommerce platforms . Design high-converting
product images, A+ content, Amazon Storefronts, and website visuals . Create banners, social media graphics, and email campaign assets that drive engagement. Ensure that all visuals highlight product features and benefits while enhancing the online shopping experience. 2. Branding & Consistency
Maintain a
consistent and cohesive brand image
across all digital touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines. Work closely with the
Brand Manager
to align design elements with overarching marketing and branding strategies. Craft high-quality
product images
that effectively showcase features, functions, and details to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Collaborate with the team to
enhance and retouch product images
for optimal visual appeal. Utilize
AI tools and royalty-free stock images
to enhance design workflows. 3. Social Media & Advertising Design
Design engaging
graphics for social media posts and ad creatives
on platforms like
Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter . Develop high-performing creatives for
paid advertising campaigns , optimizing visuals for conversions. Adapt and refine designs based on
client feedback and data insights
provided by brand managers. Continuously strive for
designs that resonate with the target audience
and drive
higher engagement and conversions . Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
marketers, developers, and content creators , to execute cohesive design strategies. Stay updated on
design trends, digital marketing strategies, and platform-specific guidelines . Qualifications:
Proven Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in graphic design, specifically for
ecommerce, websites, and digital marketing . A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is required. Expertise in Design Software:
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant tools. Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Knowledge:
Understanding of
Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and ecommerce design principles , including layout, typography, color theory, and user experience. Creative & Strategic Thinking:
Ability to conceptualize, execute, and optimize visual content that enhances conversions. Attention to Detail:
Strong commitment to high-quality, pixel-perfect designs aligned with branding. Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to present and justify design choices to internal teams and clients. Time Management Skills:
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. AI & Image Enhancement Experience:
Ideally, experience using
AI tools to enhance images
and sourcing royalty-free stock images. Bonus Skills:
Motion Graphics & Video Editing:
Experience with
After Effects, Premiere Pro . Amazon-Specific Design Tools:
Familiarity with
Amazon guidelines and best practices
for ecommerce design. Multi-Channel Design Experience:
