Territory Manager (Eastern U.S.) - Lab & Research & Medical

Medicom is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to accelerate growth across our Lab & Research and Medical markets in the Eastern U.S. You’ll own a geographic territory, build and execute account plans, drive conversions with end users, and scale results through distribution partner, while maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene and projecting a best-in-class brand image. What You Will Do Hit and exceed sales targets while managing to a predetermined expense budget. Serve as the primary sales contact for end users and distribution partners; develop customer plans and recommendations. Network across the supply chain (distributors, GPOs/IDNs, prospects) to open doors and accelerate deals. Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records on opportunities, programs, and pipeline; report competitive intel proactively. Visit customers on-site to drive conversions; participate in trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings. Resolve customer concerns (products, backorders, billing, pricing) and continuously refresh product knowledge. Maintain a fully functional home office; submit expenses per policy; extensive territory travel may be required. What You Bring 8+ years of demonstrated commercial success in Lab & Research and Medical markets, with both direct and distribution sales experience. Proven quota attainment and territory-building capability; experience selling consumables. Ability to present multiple product lines to diverse decision makers; strong relationships with key stakeholders. Tech-savvy: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; comfortable with regular travel. Education: Post-secondary education required (university degree is an asset). Assets Experience with distribution partners in the lab segment (e.g., Fisher Scientific, VWR) and medical distributors. Experience working with U.S. GPOs and IDNs and negotiating large, complex contracts. Background in PPE (gloves, gowns, masks).
