Overview Ripple Street is seeking a demand generation-savvy Marketing Manager to execute multi-channel campaigns, manage marketing operations, and create content that drives measurable pipeline growth. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Sales team to bring ABM strategies to life through targeted campaigns, effective automation, and comprehensive reporting.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Build and launch integrated campaigns (email, paid, events, social).
Marketing Ops: Own HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, funnel health, and reporting.
Content Production: Create campaign-ready assets (emails, ads, landing pages, nurture flows).
Sales Enablement Support: Prepare one-pagers, templates, and account-specific collateral.
Analytics & Optimization: Report on campaign KPIs, funnel metrics, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
3+ years B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand gen/performance.
Proven ability to deliver measurable results (pipeline contribution, ROI).
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation.
Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to optimize campaigns.
Strong project management and collaboration skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into scalable programs.
