Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Compensation: $52,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
