This position is primarily responsible for creating valuable, relevant content that drives sales, increases brand recognition, and builds a positive brand that supports the Company’s goals. The Assistant Marketing Manager will manage marketing initiatives, social media and assist with graphic design. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Create effective headlines and buyer incentives Plan and coordinate marketing events and grand openings Create engaging content that supports the Company’s brand Design and coordinate the placement of print ads, billboards and marketing materials Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and reports to identify areas for improvement Conceptualize and create brochures, flyers, social media, web banners and email blasts Manage corporate website, and other relatable website content such as Google Business, Developer Website, etc. Increase traffic to various social media platforms and website Monitor client reviews, manage and respond to questions and comments in a professional manner on social media Perform other work-related duties as assigned SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS [required] Minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience and 1 year of social media work experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media Management, or related degree Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva Flexibility to work marketing events on occasional evenings or weekends Knowledge of search engine ads, digital ad placements, SEO and Google Analytics Strong writing, communication and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
