Figma’s Global Marketing team is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to scale personalized communications across its user base. This role involves executing demand generation campaigns, managing company-wide email requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize email performance throughout the customer lifecycle. This is a full-time position that can be based in one of Figma’s U.S. hubs or held remotely within the United States. Key Responsibilities
Execute user engagement emails including newsletters, product updates, event invites, and surveys Audit and improve lifecycle campaigns by identifying gaps and proposing new strategies Build and QA emails using HTML/CSS in Parcel; manage campaigns via Customer.io Personalize content using customer data and liquid syntax Collaborate with lifecycle and data science teams on multivariate testing and performance optimization Manage centralized email intake and deployment calendar for cross-functional alignment Contribute to template development, QA processes, and campaign reporting Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing at a B2B SaaS or product-led company Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and strong QA skills across devices Experience with tools such as Parcel.io, Customer.io, Litmus, and marketing automation platforms Deep understanding of email best practices including segmentation, personalization, accessibility, and compliance Strong project management and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Data Science Preferred Experience
Experience with international marketing and localization strategies Familiarity with customer data platforms and behavioral data integration Background in developing nurture programs and conducting lifecycle audits Strong experimentation mindset and ability to translate test results into strategy Knowledge of data visualization tools or basic SQL Compensation and Benefits
Annual Base Salary (SF/NY):
$102,000 – $238,000 USD Equity:
