Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and dynamic social media content creator who can film and edit impactful personal development content for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to an established digital brand, contributing creatively to content that inspires and engages our audience.
Responsibilities:
Filming
Collaborate with our small team to capture engaging, high-quality video content for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Filming typically takes place once bimonthly for a full 6–8 hour day.
Editing Edit and deliver polished, on-brand video content with a quick turnaround.
Use your creative flair to enhance the content while ensuring it resonates with our audience and fits our brand's style.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in videography and editing, with a portfolio showcasing content created specifically for social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
Strong video creation and editing skills, with a deep understanding of platform-specific formats, trends, and audience behavior
Demonstrated ability to create short-form, trend-driven content that aligns with current best practices on social platforms
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines
Must own your own camera and lighting equipment (rate will reflect use of personal gear)
Location Requirements: Must Be Local to Orange County, CA for filming and editorial needs
