We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist who will ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels and materials. This role is central to telling Fulcrum’s story clearly and effectively—from our website and digital campaigns to case studies, pitch decks, and customer-facing collateral—while also coordinating events that showcase our capabilities to clients and partners. Responsibilities
Branding & Messaging: Ensure consistent tone, style, and messaging across website, digital campaigns, flyers, one-pagers, pitch decks, and print collateral. Collaborate with leadership, sales, and engineering teams to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives. Content Creation & Copywriting: Write, edit, and deliver engaging content for websites, case studies, brochures, newsletters, and pitch decks. Develop customer success stories and case studies from concept through final design and delivery. Support creation of sales enablement tools that highlight Fulcrum’s expertise and value proposition. Digital Marketing & SEO: Maintain and update website content with an emphasis on SEO optimization to improve visibility and drive qualified traffic. Plan, write, and publish blog posts and other thought-leadership content aligned with SEO strategy. Track website and campaign analytics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Campaigns & Channel Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards. Manage a content calendar for consistent publishing across LinkedIn, website, email newsletters, and other channels. Coordinate production of marketing assets, including graphics, presentations, and multimedia content. Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site events such as open houses, client visits, and awareness sessions. Work with internal teams to showcase Fulcrum’s capabilities and deliver a professional, branded experience for customers and partners. Support logistics, materials, and communications for trade shows and industry events. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, branding, or content creation. Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a track record of clear, concise messaging. Familiarity with SEO best practices and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar). Experience producing customer-facing collateral such as pitch decks, brochures, and case studies. Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Experience with event planning, logistics, and coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
