Overview
Our client, a leading national building materials distributor with hundreds of locations nationwide, is seeking a Territory Manager to grow and manage their contractor and builder network in the Worcester, MA market and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll build and strengthen relationships with residential and commercial contractors, presenting the advantages of a wide range of roofing and exterior building products. You’ll inherit an established book of business while actively prospecting for new opportunities, driving growth across a 70% residential / 30% commercial mix. This is a field-based, hunter-style sales role that requires daily branch visits, consistent contractor outreach, and a results-driven mindset. Benefits & Features
