Arhaus The Associate Photo Producer will play a key role in executing ongoing e-commerce photography needs from concept through completion. As a core member of the Creative Production Team, this role will manage all e-commerce photo productions and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to embrace the dynamic nature of photo production. This position is based onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, OH. Responsibilities

Oversee all pre-production aspects, including pre-production meetings, scheduling, and booking crew, to ensure a smooth and well-organized photoshoot Work closely with the Studio Operations team to ensure staffing aligns with the production plans Lead the on-set production team, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities, troubleshoot on-set or production issues quickly and efficiently Responsible for all freelancer onboarding paperwork Partner with studio leaders to ensure staffing needs are met, execute set assignments for internal and external resources; own freelance onboarding Gather decor and accessories in preparation for photo shoots, as needed Manage the finishes library for e-commerce and campaign needs Monitor and order studio supplies to maintain smooth operations Contribute to budget reconciliation Requirements

2+ years of experience in creative production or photography studio operations, including coordinating multi-person teams and managing production logistics Familiarity with studio workflows, set preparation, and sample management Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple shoots and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, freelancers, and studio staff Proficiency with scheduling and production tools (e.g., Smartsheet, CF Planning Tool) Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated in planning and execution within a fast-paced environment Arhaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
