Adult Beverage Brand Ambassador

– The Brand Ambassador generates excitement, brand awareness, and increases adult beverage product sales through event sampling and promotion. You will interact with consumers and clients, understand promotional techniques, and perform activities including brand promotion, training, product merchandising, and selling of products and services. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Sales: create brand awareness by engaging consumers through sampling, distributing product, demonstrating features, and communicating brand talking points; seek sales opportunities in departments and venues to maximize sales; aim to complete 3 events per night; develop and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts. Event Set-up and Breakdown: develop promotional kits, manage event setup, sampling, and program breakdown; arrive in designated apparel with required items; ensure demonstration area is clean and correctly set up; provide feedback to Market Manager to improve sales. Personal Development/Training/Reporting: submit HR paperwork and reports online (e.g., call reports, expense reports); participate in mandatory online training and monthly product trainings (paid). Travel & Driving
Travel is not an essential duty, but driving is an essential duty or function of the job. Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports: None. Indirect Reports: None. Minimum Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Experience: 1+ year Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience; on-premise sampling experience is a plus Alcohol: Must be 21+, with Responsible Alcohol Training Desirable: Significant experience in event marketing, demonstrations, sales, or retail/grocery Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Reliable transportation; daily PC with internet access Availability to work Wednesday–Sunday evenings Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Environment & Physical Requirements
Work may be in office, field, retail, or warehouse environments. May require lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in cold conditions; travel and driving may be required. Follow safety practices when handling products. Important Information
