Sales Professional – Responsibilities
Demonstrates a high level of proficiency through the Single Point of Contact sales process.
Proficient knowledge of all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.
Comply with and understand all processes of dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
Acquire and maintain current state insurance license, completing continuing education as needed.
Greet and create a delightful professional and courteous experience for all guests by phone, e-mail, or face-to-face interactions.
Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service to each guest.
Conduct vehicle feature and benefit presentations by assisting guests on their test drives of vehicle(s).
Maintain strong product knowledge for all manufacture products to support guests’ questions.
Direct guests to additional information resources by staying attuned to all manufacture changes and updates.
Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
Ability and desire to make a positive impact with every interaction
Dedication to creating a remarkable guest experience.
Ambition and drive to accomplish sales goals while achieving high guest satisfaction

Competitive Pay: $60k+ annually
Flexible Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Saturday (Saturdays required)
