Marketing Coordinator – Public Communications Specialist, Bryan School of Business and Economics, UNCG. Located in North Carolina. Base pay range: $51,500.00/yr - $54,843.00/yr. Open Date: 08/14/2025 · Close Date: 09/16/2025 · FTE: 1.000 · Work Hours: 8 A.M. - 5 P.M., M-F; weekend or evenings as required for events. Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Marketing at the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and program stakeholders to enhance awareness and drive enrollment for Bryan School graduate programs. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities and developing content targeted at key audiences, including prospective and current students, alumni, and employers, to boost engagement. Core responsibilities include supporting promotional advertising campaigns, managing email marketing, social media, and events promotions, and creating a variety of digital and print materials to support marketing and recruitment goals. Responsibilities
Content Development (Writing, Editing): Develop compelling and accurate written content for web, digital, and print; proofread and edit Bryan School marketing materials; identify story opportunities and conduct interviews with students, faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders; perform other related duties as assigned. Promotional Materials (Design and Multimedia): Create attractive, professional, and brand-compliant graduate recruitment materials for web, digital, and print; design assets for graduate paid advertising campaigns; create promotional materials for web and print to promote Bryan School events and activities; identify opportunities to capture and share stories via photo and video, then edit for social media, web, and other media channels; perform other related duties as assigned. Social Media and Email Marketing: Leverage social media channels and email tools to engage Bryan School audiences and support strategic goals; create accurate, compelling content; generate reports on effectiveness of campaigns. Analytics/Reporting: Measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and content; collaborate with Bryan School and campus stakeholders to gather relevant data and create reports. General Program Support: Complete administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, responding to internal customers); perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or business 2 years of related industry experience Ability to create content for digital marketing, email, web, and social media Excellent writing and editing skills Experience with graphic design and videography Ability to analyze data and report on marketing effectiveness Project management experience Experience with CRM platforms Additional Information
