Overview
Part-time Brand Ambassador role focused on bringing the brand to life in-store and delivering an amazing shopping experience to every guest. You are the face of the brand, passionate about products, and committed to building brand loyalty while representing company values and authentic self at work. Responsibilities
You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy as an innovative problem solver. Be a team player and support your team to get the job done. Uphold integrity by adhering to AEO's policies & procedures. Qualifications
You love interacting with people and have energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
