Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find exactly what they are looking for. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Work as a team player and support the team to get the job done. Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures with integrity. Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people and bring high energy. Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. Love AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. At least 16 years of age. Benefits & Perks
